Istituto Superiore di Fulminologia⁽¹⁾, I.S.F., (Superior Institute of Fulminology) "Mario De Bernardi”, International Institute Studies and Methodologies of Vanguard, a no profit scientific-cultural organization, was born with a priority intent to divulge discoveries and informational scientific principles of scientist Mario De Bernardi, at the base of the Antimpatto® De Bernardi advanced prevention means and methods, revolutionaries in the knowledge of the electro-physical field of the natural and artificial environment and especially oriented to atmospheric and terrestrial, direct and indirect, electric discharges (lightnings), overtensions and overcurrents in general, local  electromagnetic pollution, defence of the habitat and the already productive energetic exploitations with methodologic and normative finalities.
